I had my blood tested the other day and they told me that my glucose levels were high, 118. They said that 120 is when they start tesing for diabetes. I have never had a problem before. As a matter of fact, my used to always be low. Could have just had to do with something I ate before the test? What should I do?

Can one of these substances help to lower the glucose level in blood?
1 .Trim ethyl amine
2. An alkaloid which may be salvadorine
3. Chlorides
4. High amounts of fluoride and silica
5. Sulphur
6. Vitamin C
7. Small amounts of Tannins, saponins, fiavenoids & sterols
